  Fast and competent service! The food is very good for a country inn. You can hear the meat being pounded fresh. We liked it again!

  We were taken there by our in country hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

  Arrived at 8.30pm for a booked and payed room and none of the posted phone numbers were reachable so couldn't get into the room. Had to stay outside in 0° weather.

  Good location, 5 minutes from the motorway, rooms are basic but clean and warm in the cold weather. Staff are friendly and the traditional menu is good as is breakfast. No complaints at all
