  Very nice staff, good location at Bobingen. Nevertheless room cleaning was nok, bathroom and bed smell bad. No air conditioning in summer… good luck trying to sleep

  Very friendly, very helpful and very capable staff, this goes for the reception (Frau Rauch & Herr Kudric), the bar (Frau Ruth?) and the breakfast area. Unfortunatly they are understaffed - the people on site are fantastic, but the workload/added responsibilites they have leeds to unnecessary waittimes/delays - but this is a management issue, the people on-site were "above and beyond" expectations.

  The place is clean, location is not perfect. There is not much around, however just outside of the building there is a market and an Italian restaurant. Staff wasn't very nice initially, however by the end of my stay they would let me take breakfast 20 minutes before opening. Checkout process was simply perfect. It's a good place, however not much to do around.

  in comparision with other hotels , I my self liked the new architecture style of the building. in addition the point which was remarkable at first look was the fabulous out look of the area which the hotel located in. the freindly behavior of employees was another remarkable point that was very obvious during my stay time.

  Very good position for the Augsburg's fair, good comfort, SPA included. the breakfast can be improved. good vietnamese restaurant. very clean.
