  The hotel is outdated, needs some renovations. - The breakfast is very good and the staff is nice. They offer a bit of many things - The guy in the entrance wasn’t very friendly or helpful - The elevator is really scary. Only one and on its last years of life. See the video - The rooms have that horrible painting, the decoration is awful and the closet same thing - The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is renewed It was worse than expected and not cheap, around 100€ per night with breakfast. My recommendation is to avoid it

  I was scammed 50 euro for extra bed Electricity was suddenly cut out due to short circuit, but problem cannot be fixed by the receptionist. Poor experience after all having to pack things up in the dark. Also had a friend joining us due to last minute change of plan. We were threatened to pay extra charge or he will remove my friend from the premise . In the end, the idiot charged us 50 euros for a non-existence extra bed. He became livid when I asked for an official receipt as clearly the money is going straight to his pocket. Disgrace to Germany and he deserves jail time for extortion. Don't get me started with how poor the condition of the room and the reception was, otherwise it will be another mile long review to include those.

  Fantastic service and location is very quiet, access to metro just 5 minutes by walk. Awesome price for stay at hotel. Staff are very friendly and of course helpful and always nice. Thank you

  Our stay was pleasant. The rooms are ok, but they lack AC and refrigerator. The hotel was almost empty, so we enjoyed the silence. The breakfast was good. The positioning is good. You are 20 minutes away from the center on foot, or you can take the tram, which is like a couple of minutes away. The hotel also offers underground parking for 10€/night which is nice.

  The place is terrible and simply doesn’t correspond to the price. the lights of the room were burned, there was no soap in the toilet, very slippery shower flow almost caused an accident to my dad, the bed is completely soft and small, it feels you will drawn inside. This without mentioning that this old carpet in the floor looks dirty and filthy. The hotel really promises much more then it offers. We left earlier then the booking because we could not handle it, the assistance was poor when it comes to try a refund. I can’t recommend.
