::The rooms are clean. The staff is polite. Rooms have WiFi. Bus stop and tram stop are at a walking distance. There are restaurants around for dine in or take out.

::Their website & booking.com both say they have laundry but when we asked the older gentleman working the front desk he said due to oktoberfest they weren't able to do our laundry. This is over a 4 day period. Weird especially because their website says bring it down daily before 9AM to be done. He honestly just seemed inconvenienced for us even asking him this question. Maybe they should remove it from their website. Also the walls are paper thin & heard loud bangs and scratching from housekeeping & hotel staff early morning every day of our stay

::Rooms are so small. You need 20 minutes by car to reach the centre. 0 customer service in the reception. Poor buffet. 2 Stars are enough for this Hotel.

::Found 3 room last minute for this incredible hotel during Oktoberfest! Couldn't ask for anything better! Helpful and welcoming staff, great restaurant, great rooms, great location, great Wi-Fi, great breakfast. GREAT!
