::The food was ok, but when we wanted to pay and continue our trip the attitude of the waitress was really terrible and ruined the whole experience - for some unknown reason none of our cards was accepted by their payment terminal - a problem we never had before and there was no reason for it to happen on our side. The waitress was really unhelpful and made a lot of stress about it, instead of suggesting the simplest solution of one of us going to town (we had bikes) to withdraw the needed amount, she made us try our cards several times without ever providing the receipt for us to see the reason the payment was not successful, she just took the receipts away and her dramatic attitude and sour looks made us feel like some kind of thiefs who don’t want to just pay for the lunch and continue on our trip! After I indeed successfully withdrew the money in town without any problem and came back she didn’t even say a thing and just took the money and didn’t even bother to give us the change - honestly this kind of attitude towards customers doesn’t deserve any tip. It would be wonderful if there was more friendly and positive attitude when customer experiences any inconvenience instead of drama as this was really stressful and negative experience for us.

::Perfect good old German ambience. We sat at the terrace surrounded by a stunning old buildings of a courtyard while the sun was setting. The food is a great choice of regional cuisine including bohemian food choices. Also impressive the czech wine that we had to try. The food was tasty in a high quality manner and also the portions were big. All over a great experience. It was rounded up by a really fast and charming waitress. We will definitely come back here.

::Olbernhau is a very beautiful town. River Flöh passes through it, and hotel Saigerhütte is an outstanding facility for the tourists. If you are living in Saxony I recommend to visit this beautiful town and what else could be a better place to stay than hotel Saigerhütte.

::This is the best hotel in the area. I have stayed here several times and each time I have had a great experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious. Very friendly staff.
