::I had only unpleasant experience with this hotel. Heater in the room didn’t work, you could feel cold air coming from the closed window too, so they changed my room but the next one had the same problem and it wasn’t really clean. Friend of mine had bugs on the bed! The walls are so thin that you can hear what people are talking about in the other rooms, plus loud renovations near by. Breakfast service...big joke! I understand that it’s COVID-19 and we cannot have proper breakfast in the public area BUT to prepare the breakfast in the evening the day before and give it to you including coffee and scrambled eggs for example !!! Absurd! Everything was cold! And forget to find someone at the reception during the day! Big scam , I DON’T recommend it to anyone! At the end we changed the hotel because of all that, but they still charged us for the days we left!!!!

::Staying at this hotel is a disaster. In 1 day I got a room with no heating, with cold water. Plaster was peeling off the walls. Lots of dead flies in the bed and on the windowsill. After a sleepless night, they replaced me with a little cleaner and warmer room, but from the morning it was noisy because there was renovation behind the wall and they were drilling all the time. Every day filling in stupid cards with what you want for breakfast, yet I got what I didn't want. I stayed in the hotel for 3 days and then I got a bill with more nights counted. I sincerely advise against! Zero stars!!!

::Hotel is nice and the room is clean every day. Internet connection is quite good if you compare it to other German hotels. Also breakfest is in much higher standard than other Germany hotels with similar price.
