  Horrendous attitude throughout. Arrived and was told the superior room we booked wasn’t available. To be fair we were offered a discounted rate which was fine and we’re thankful for that. For me it wasn’t the money, it was just the terrible attitude i was given as if god forbid we’d be surprised that what we booked wasn’t available. After this we went for a drink and the hotel staff wouldn’t accommodate my 8mths pregnant wife to a decent seat and offered only a seat which wasn’t really suitable for her condition. Finally, the front of house was really rude and sharp to my wife when she was enquiring about the car parking for which there was also a hidden charge of 22 euro. My wife just wanted to know if we pay now could we come and go without additional charge. The guy actually snapped at my wife telling her to just pay. The hotel was fine, and at the end of the day we got what we needed from our stay - just we experienced a lot of rude people working there along the way.

  A very convenient mid-priced hotel adjacent to the Frankfurt Airport. Rooms are clean, crisp, and well-equipped. The jitney runs to/from the airport every 30 minutes. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. There's really nothing nearby. But if you don't want to eat in the somewhat overpriced hotel restaurant, Uber Eats delivers.

  1. Towels like this are unacceptable (I did not use it) 2. Reception is nice, but no response when calling reception from room telephone (I dialed 9) 3. If you are walking, there’s not much around (a steak place, I was suggested). Beds, pillows, shower, all really great ✨ The free shuttle bus is awesome 👌🏻 Yes I would come back.

  Our room was nicely sized, and well laid out. The staff was helpful, and validated our parking for one of our exits. The location is 5 minutes away from the airport rental car return. Our room was unfortunately DREADFULLY hot, and only one window would open to allow for some Stoßlüften (shock ventilation) to the room. That is dropping the room a star. The hotel restaurant was very nice for an airport hotel restaurant with a concise menu and moderately high prices. The parking was a bit outrageous at €30 per exit. We had an early flight, and needed to fill up our rental before the morning. The staff validated our parking once, so that we did not have to pay €60 for parking. The location is perfect for an airport hotel. I think Frankfurt airport has 2-3 other hotels, but I would definitely stay at NH the next time I fly out of Frankfurt.

  Clean comfortable room. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good all things considered. The hotel shuttle was timely and clean. Make sure you take the shuttle that has a big 1 on the front. There are two NH Frankfurt shuttles. If you are a light sleeper, u may want a sound machine, as the planes can be heard in the rooms, but not bad
