::Overall a very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet. One thing that bothered me was arriving their after a long day of traveling and then having to wait at least 20min at the reception until they had sorted out the room situation (the room was pre booked). It’s just not a nice way to arrive somewhere especially when traveling with the whole family. I also wonder if filling out several forms before you can get to your room, could be handled quicker or differently, possibly electronically.
