::Major works being completed outside and on the third floor during the day. Most of the things I wanted to do in Berlin were in the evening so wanted to sleep in the day which was unable to do. Was not informed prior to arrival and wasn't informed as I checked in. When I asked to speak to a manager there wasn't one available. The room itself is lovely but spoiled by the lack of guest management. Will not stay at an NH hotel again.

::Lovely room. No special view from our side of the building. Our room did not have tea and coffee making facilities, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Just one restaurant close by. Small supermarket in walking distance. Best feature: Hotel NH was reasonably priced and is 2 tram stops from Alexanderplatz for lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping and you have full access to Berlin through public transport.

::It's a beautiful hotel with very kind personnel. Personnel will look things up for you, book cabs and are very friendly. The rooms are modern and very nice. Breakfast is very good. The bees on the rooftop are awesome. I love businesses that help protect the bees, and they bring fresh honey for breakfast.
