::I've stayed in Motel One hotels before and have always been impressed with their value for money but was sadly disappointed with this one. I expected a bit more from the room (it was much smaller than others I'd had in Haidhausen) and it was very dark with no way to control the room temperature. The corridors were a little scruffy. The bathroom was very small and there were dirty paper cups. My pillow case was old and ripped. No kettle in the room to make hot drinks. However, shower was strong and basic facilities clean. We were unimpressed with the front desk: quite nonchalant and didn't make us feel welcome at all.

::The staff are wonderful. Friendly, service orientated and professional. The sound proofing between the rooms is good. For me the pillows are way too thick, so my top tip is: ask one of the lovely staff for a 2nd duvet that you then fold up and use as a long pillow.

::We stayed there for a week and had a great time. There was parking, we got a quiet room facing to the inner yard and quite enjoyed the little cafè in the lobby with an outside area to hang out.

::Super nice hotel and super friendly staff attending your very nicely. Would book there anytime again. Rooms are ok from the size , beds are very comfortable and a big TV in the rooms
