Negatives. No breakfast, having to use side door to gain access. Reception stunk of cigarette smoke on arrival. Tiny rooms. Do not be fooled by the pictures, they are not here. Really loud outside. Plus, hot shower.

Welk, since the Hotel doesn t offer breakfast anymore, it is difficult to verify the breakfast pictures. There is a bakery about 200 mezers feom the Hotel. Since the Hotel is located between two other houses, I have to admit that I did not see an outdoor pool at all. My room was small. The toilet is difficult to use, because there is very limited space between the toilet and the shower: just enough to sit... (single room)...

The experience was really bad for so many reasons: 1. The hallways smell of cigarettes 2. The double bed is a too small for 2 adults to sleep properly 3. The mattress was sooooo bad, I have back and neck pain after sleeping there for 3 nights 4. We did not have electricity for almost 24 hrs in our rooms 5. The walls are thin, so if you get a loud neighbor like I did, you can hear all their conversations 6. There is mold on the shower slide door 7. The Towels had brown stains The only good thing is the location, that's it. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The photos are not relevant to that particular hotel. Upon arrival the hotel was closed, no one at the reception, no one was answering the phone, the lights were off. After an hour of phone calls to travel agents I was informed that there was a code to a key box and that I would be able to access my room after collecting the key from the key box. This was never communicated with me and was rather annoying as I wanted to quickly get on with the check in.

The hotel was very quiet despite being on a main road. The room was a good size but never seen such a small bathroom ever! Lift to all floors. Park on the street outside the hotel, its free between 7pm and 9am. Short drive into Aachen centre. The bed and pillows were comfy. Staff were friendly. It was fine for one night which was what we stayed. The hotel is also very very clean in all areas.
