  Nice hotel with good location. Small room but cosy with great breakfast

  Close to no. 4 tram line, staff seem friendly. But the rooms are dated and there's no air conditioning. Leaving the windows open isn't an option because the road next to the hotel is quite busy.

  Made a reservation (28 sep 16) through booking dot com and cancelled immediately because of a mixup. Hotel Kaiser charged me 160 euro anyway. That is totally absurd.

  Wonderful hosts, clean rooms, great breakfast, nice location. I'll be back and will recommend to colleagues traveling to Koln.
