  We stayed at the Hotel Goldener Anker for a long weekend. Unfortunately, the room was furnished in the charm of the 80s. The entire facility has had its best days for a long time. The bathroom is an impertinence. The small rubbish bin "loses" its lid every time it is operated and should have been replaced a long time ago. Likewise the toilet roll holder. It doesn't look much better with the partition. Every attempt to open or close this was an adventure and could only be accomplished with manual skill. The shower - well. Warm water in the hand basin and bidet - no display. Only a poor trickle came from both taps. The house is very noisy. A closed society "met" until shortly before midnight. The children celebrating grew louder with each passing hour. The subsequent tidying up was not really quiet either. At least when we left the obligatory question whether everything was okay, otherwise we would probably still be involved in discussions. In my opinion, the guest does not have to address the obvious deficiencies, as these (according to the condition) must be known to the operator. The breakfast should be mentioned positively.

  Room was reasonable for the price. Furniture is "getting on in years".

  The team saved me in an emergency (the last train was canceled and I needed accommodation) and made a room available to me at short notice.
