  The room was not clean!!! No menu at Restaurant, there was just one meal possible. The price was not correct, we payed more then it was planned because they did not reed that we need an extra bed. Breakfast was good.

  Not a great place honestly. Rooms are okaish but nothing out of the ordinary; breakfast was not good at all, in the sense that the products being served didn't taste that well, and they mostly catered for the meat hungry and didn't complimented the options with fresh ingredients or veggies (the fruit salad came from a can and the orange juice tasted pretty chemical). Finally the manager was in my taste a bit unprofessional, busying himself with eating during the breakfast buffet instead of being there in a well presented way for the customers. All in all I'm sure I'll be looking for other accommodations on my next trip to Thüringen. It's rather sad because the house where the hotel is hosted is a house which is over 400 years old, but perhaps someday it'll change owners and be presented in a well deserved manner. Oh, and never forget the letters used for the name of the hotel....just disastrous.

  Stayed in 2 different apartments on 2 different nights, both really nice and clean, great for families as decent sized rooms, great food, had a really pleasant stay. Would go back again.
