  Nice traditional German hotel in Triberg centre. Very close to the waterfalls and other attractions. Though traditional, the amenities are modern and renovated. They also have a vending machine which is good to have in Triberg where everything closes early. Also worth staying here for the delicious cakes downstairs.

  I was here for the best Black Forest cake and I was not disappointed. Its was very tasty but expected it to be a little softer. It does have right amount of other ingredients like Rum and cherries. Also must try the pistachio cake that was aaaamazing.

  We only tried the cafe and our experience was positive. We tried the Black Forest cake and it was the best we had in this region. Big portions so 2 people can share. The coffee was also good. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

  Very nice hotel with updated and remodeled rooms. We only stayed one night but the woman who helped us was very nice even though we did not speak much German we still felt welcomed. The breakfast was nice as well. Great location and walking distance to the waterfall.

  We ordered 2 cake slices to takeaway. The Black Forest and a Cheesecake. The slices were of a good size and we thoroughly enjoyed both. Bring cash unless your transaction is over €15. I’d definitely like to try more of their cakes 🤤
