::Our room was extremely dirty with a LOT of hair on the floor and also super weird brown stuff on the chair + mold in the shower. In addition the cleaning crew started hammering on our door before 9am in the morning telling us to wake up and asking if we will check out on time (check out time is at 12 tho).

::The staff are a joke. They charged me double for food, I paid at reception and again when checking out, only realised when after I'd left so went back 3 time's and they wouldn't sort this for me. Unbelievably rude and ignorant manager.

::They have just modernised front of house, the rooms are a little dated but comfortable. They have aircon but it’s just a loud noise blowing some air, you might aswell just turn it off and leave the windows open. In 3 years of visiting I’ve only ever had 1 meal that I haven’t been happy with. Friendly staff and service is decent! Parking for 4 vehicles at the front and some underground parking available. Rewe, lidl and Aldi all in walking distance

::Excellent experience. The staff were very friendly, they speak fluent English and the breakfast was also really good. Since we had a kid and asked for extra bed, they did not have the same, but upgraded us to joint rooms without any extra charge. Also they were able to check us in early.
