  Hallo. Leider kann ich dem Hotel Freihafen keine gute Bewertung geben. Der Besitzerin scheint das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste nicht viel wert zu sein. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich veraltet und die Heizung war des öfteren kaputt. Auf diese Probleme reagierte die Besitzerin oft mit Unverständnis und teilweise sogar unhöflich.

  Sehr unfreundliches Personal, ich wurde selten so schlecht behandelt wie im Hotel Freihafen. Darüberhinaus sind ist die Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen und alt. Der Höhepunkt aller Dinge ist aber der, das hier Sachen weg gekommen sind und die Chefin, nachdem man sie darauf angesprochen hat, nichts unternommen hat.

  You are in Duisburg-Ruhrort. I have no idea how you ended up here, but what do you expect from a good hotel in this place? Exactly this: no thrills, clean rooms with a working TV set, shower, soap and free WiFi; Very friendly staff; A decent breakfast and strong coffee (no fancy stuff with Italian names, just plain strong Coffee). Now, that is exactly what you get! Just make sure to check in before 21:00 to get a key. Thinking of it... Top rating from me.

  I was only there for a day, but the staff was really friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to get the top floor room, which is quite spacious. I would give them 5 stars , compared to value for money but unfortunately the WiFi signal wasnt strong enough to cover the 3rd floor so I had to use the lobby for work.
