::Nothing worth remembering. Unfriendly staff at réception and breakfast, breakfast is ridiculous. When I asked for fruits they said they did not have and when I asked why the lady at the reception looked at me as I I were really bothering her with stupid questions. Every single limited thing was counted at breakfast, I felt awkward when I asked for a second honey plastic pot (there was only one for two people). They did not offer a second glass of juice or coffee, one wouldn't want to ask. Smiling is out of question. I would not go back.

::Excellent location, in the middle of the old town. The room is large and very comfortable. Very clean. The restaurant in the hotel must be tried, food is delicious!

::This beautiful hotel is set in The Old City convenient for walking around. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are attractive with white pine furniture furniture and storage space. Bathrooms have been updated and work well. Small shower might be a challenge for large persons but, works great. Breakfasts are some of the best you will find in Germany. Staff is extremely helpful and an elevator is conveniently located. The Restaurant within the Hotel is excellent but, very popular so book early or when you get your room reservation! Love this facility for the convenience!
