::Reviews make totally sense, unfreundlich and unprofessional staff on our visit. Never again! Front desk lady refused to help/assist. And 1st triage said ja that's 100% normal. What???

::My experience giving birth for first time deserved only 1 star but after 3 years was the experience much much better :) It’s about people you come in contact with.

::BEST HOSPITAL!! I’m so surprised at all these negative comments as imo this Hospital deserve 10 stars. I actually read all these comments (mostly negative) before my due date and got traumatised but fortunately it turned out to be a wonderful experience for me. It’s been almost two months I gave birth in this Hospital but still can’t forget how caring and nice all the midwives were there, Before and After the birth they NEVER once made me feel uncomfortable for not speaking in German and tried their absolute best to explain every little thing in English and translate every time someone spoke in German. I had to be induced and was at the Hospital for three days prior to my delivery, in total i stayed for 6 days and to say that those were the most painful and hardest 6 days of life would be an understatement BUT thanks to all the nurses, the Doctor present at the time of birth and especially all the kind and sweet midwives, i’m left with only a positive memory about the whole experience and I will forever be grateful of them :)

::Unfortunately this hospital is only for German speaking patients. The nurses here are very unfriendly. Not suggest foreigners to come to this hospital. We had an appointment with the Gynäkologie. The nurse insisted on having a German speaker on site. I begged her if we can at least talk to the doctor. She refused. We begged if we just call a German speaker on phone. She still refused. We are very disappointed with this attitude!!

::Pros: - The midwives during birth were great! Delivery was uncomplicated and an enjoyable process. The anesthesiologist and nurse were also fantastic, but make sure you ask for the epidural early in the process! My first midwife was hesitant, but luckily the midwife during further stages of labour was more receptive. Cons: - I kept asking about a private family room, but the nurses were very unfriendly and the process for booking one was unclear. It should be first come, first serve, but they seemed to be reserved for Germans only based on what I observed. - Food is a joke. Breakfast and dinner are the same: three small pieces of dry bread with two slices of processed cheese. For people that are healing, the food is not at all nourishing and it was shocking! Luckily, I had a feeling it would be bad and had food brought in from outside. - English is not spoken by everyone, but you can survive with basic German.
