::Worst experience ever! We have a 24 month membership -- moved away from having access to the gym but cannot cancel the membership. Worst part: They charge us extra for services that we never asked for with the excuse that once the club reopens, we can get those services -- without warning and nothing just extra on top of the monthly fee. I have a lot of words that describe this place and the lack of competency of the people working there but those should not go on Google. + all communication is with a student intern who clearly did not receive any training.

::So far I have been here a few times as a guest, as my mother is a permanent member of the club. I always liked it very much. I dont have any negative experiences so far. The place is nice, clean and staff is friendly. I feel quite exclusive entering the club and using their spa facilities. If I had a Holmes Place near my area, unfortunately I am from Stuttgart, I would also go there. Always enjoy going there. If anyone has negative experiences, I recommend to friendly talk to the stafff. So far they always helped me out quite nice. From my POV I would recommend the place.

::The managers of this club are just people who take advantage of the people who work, we have worked for this club and after more than 2 years they haven't paid us yet, they order the work and then they don't pay... all manager escape from Us , very ridiculous people you should be ashamed !!!!
