  For years I have been a customer in this travel agency. Was always competently advised by the boss and his staff. When booking a trip, all possibilities would be explored without time pressure. If that were the case throughout the service industry, there would be nothing to complain about.

  Great service and very nice staff. Booking the trip was great, the cancellation due to illness went smoothly with the support of the staff. Contact for relevant things by mail, call back service, just great. Service is still very important here. Thank you very much

  Have received a very nice and good advice for my vacation trip. Everything worked out great. An all-round carefree package. From train to flight to the hotel everything was fine. Was a nice holiday. Thank you !
