  At almost 50, thanks to Andreas, I'm now in the shape of my life. In my mid-30s, I thought I was fit. But now at 49 years old I know what physical performance potential I really have. 4 years ago I started my training with Andreas. It all started with the typical New Year's resolution, I finally wanted a six-pack. After the first trial training I was shocked at first how unfit and immobile I actually was, without me noticing it in everyday life. Not even a pull-up was possible and clean squats were unthinkable due to various shortened tendons and poor posture. Andreas’s comprehensive training program consisting of strength training, mobilization and stabilization exercises as well as the appropriate nutritional advice showed first successes after a short time and I am continuously improving to this day. Not only my back pain caused by years of sedentary work is a thing of the past, no, I increased from 0 to 12 pull-ups. Squats with body weight as an additional load are no longer a problem. Inspired by Andreas' holistic training approach, I started running in addition to strength training and now run a half marathon every week without any problems. I look better today, I can move better, I am more efficient and more motivated than ever to continue to train in a targeted manner.

  In preparation for the Paralympic Games in Tokyo, I brought Andreas into my team as an expert in my strength and athletic training. The effects of professional training soon became apparent. The Covid19 pandemic caused the cancellation of all performance courses, as well as the cancellation of the sprint and long jump units. We tried to compensate for the missing units with strength and athletic training - with great success - this summer I was able to secure the world record in the 100m and the European record in the long jump. Thanks to the professional planning, implementation and nutritional advice, I was able to record the most successful year in sporting terms this year, despite many restrictions, and I look forward to continuing to train with Andreas.   I started training with Andreas after a pregnancy. i burned nearly 10 kilos of fat, gained muscle, got fit, improved my posture. Heartily recommended.
