  Finger weg von denen! Mir wurde ein 9-Sitzer angedreht, obwohl ich einen Kleinwagen reserviert hatte. Nach zwei Tagen fiel mir zufällig auf (welcher Mensch zählt Autositze???), dass ein Sitz hinten fehlt, was ich umgehend telefonisch gemeldet habe. Außerdem habe ich das natürlich bei der Fahrzeugrückgabe angesprochen. Jetzt will natürlich keiner bei denen von diesem Anruf wissen und haben mir ohne jede Vorwarnung, Auflistung, Schriftverkehr etc. einen vierstelligen Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht! Schöne Grüße an das unfreundliche Hertz Team, wir sehen uns vor Gericht!

  Online reservations will lie to you. Service is a bit snobby but manages to assist. Car NOT parked in designated area. Despite advising multi county trip, stickers not on car resulting in a fine and Hertz will charge YOU 30 Euros to look up information. Online help is AUFUL! I will not do business with Hertz or its affiliates EVER again.

  I rent between 1-2 per month. Personnel is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The station itself – is in Frankfurt. And at the Frankfurt main station at that, thus expect a lot of homeless people, drug users etc. Blame the city for that not the station...

  Car was fine but charged extra fees when we arrived (40 Euros for extra driver) despite providing this information in our original booking/quote. Agent did not give adequate directions to parking garage, should have known better when previous people served were coming back after not finding the place for 10 minutes. Agent gave the wrong kind of ticket to leave the parking garage and so had to spend another 20 minutes parking it and finding another agent in the garage to give us the necessary ticket to leave. There are many competitors with better prices and policies literally next to Hertz, no reason to use them.
