::We were very rudely rejected as a patient on the phone tonight. My 11 year old son, who is with me in Magdeburg every two weeks, complained of severe toothache. However, the mother's insurance card was forgotten. This lives 300km away. It was advised to be able to present an insurance confirmation from the health insurance company. Nothing helped. The treatment of the !!!! CHILD !!!! was declined. Obviously you are sitting on a very high horse here and do not need friendliness and compassion. Very sad and not recommended!
