  Mr. Schmidt looked after me well as a dentist for almost 20 years. The helpers in the practice are very nice and friendly. In the last few years I have unfortunately not been able to communicate with me about the type and scope of the treatments, their duration and alternatives. It used to be much better 15 years ago. Several fillings were previously replaced in 2 appointments. Most recently, this lasted a comparable amount over 4 appointments. The shortcoming here was. More inquiries because the dentist himself speaks less. During the treatment I would like to be "taken along" as a patient. Formerly 5 stars, now only 4 because the work was good, the questions and the ambiguities were quite annoying. For me, the follow-up treatment / wound healing of a root tip operation (external jaw surgery) dragged on almost endlessly. Here, too, inquiries. Appointment, appointment, appointment. The effort is out of the question, but why this silence ??? Conclusion: After moving, I changed dentists because I lack the necessary communication from dentist to patient here.

  Can only advise against a visit to this dentist. I was there for a long time until he tried to pull me a whitening tooth. Didn't make it and sent me to the maxillofacial surgeon with a half-pulled tooth and massive pain. On the way I had to stop on the hard shoulder several times to spit out blood. This is exactly how dental phobias develop. So you'd better go to another practice
