  Ich kenne Herrn Helfert persönlich und muss sagen, dass ich seine Arbeiten und die seiner Angestellten sehr schätze. Mich wundern die zwei Kritiken weiter unten doch etwas. Bei aller Naivität unterstelle ich mal, dass (abgesehen von den Gewährleistungsfällen) von 2 Wochen stehen kaum ein Schaden entsteht – nicht einmal bei schlechter Lagerung. Ich habe Herrn Helfert als einen kompetenten und redlichen Menschen kennengelernt, der zu Fehlern stehen würde.

  These people gave me help without making any fuss, don't usually write reviews but it's not often you can get someone from a repair shop to do anything without at least 2 weeks notice!! Well done them

  Mr. Helfert ruined my camper roof after keeping it to repair the skylight for several weeks. He ordered and installed an incorrect replacement for which he had to cut out a main support of the roof to make it fit. This structurally damaged the roof so that it leaked profusely.It had to be immediately returned, and after supposedly fixing the leak after several more weeks and a summer of camping was gone, it again leaked when parked over the winter after which the camper was again returned for fixing. Again, the vehicle was kept for weeks, and finally when it was ready, Helfert refused to deliver it which he had done previously as part of his service without me paying an extra 70 Euro. So when I went to pick it up, the brakes which had been perfectly functional when the camper went in had calipers which were stuck and had damaged the drums. (My insurance man said this often happens when vehicles just sit too long.) It was clear to me that Helfert did not regard my case as a priority and refused to own up to any of his mistakes. Not only did he do an incompetent job on my roof more than once, but his lack of timely service cost me two summers of camper use. His refusal to admit his mistakes in addition to an egregious overcharge fixing the breaks afterward mark him as a dishonorable business man. (At least my insurance man was able to have him reduce the brake repair job by 50%). I cannot say enough bad things about this man and his business.
