::BE CAREFUL!!!! THEY STEAL YOU AND IT IS A FRAUD I have booked a ticket for a concert last week. I came to my pick my ticket in alexanderplatz (eventually before paid) and they told me that it was sold out. No ticket for me and that I should buy a new ticket in box office and the will refund me. Box office was of course sold out. They mentioned that it was a "technical failure" and they will refund me. I am still waiting for my money (lost and stolen). Please do not buy here. Be careful!!!!

::Wrost place to buy tickets in Berlin. The place is totally unorganized, the workers are not even 1% simpatic. The flyer inform you that the place opens at 12:30, the girl arrived just at 13h and when I complained she said it was not right and the Flyer was more then one year old. Until now they haven't atualized anything. It's just useless.

::Ordered some tickets to Die Antwoord and they inexplicably sent as printed tickets instead or print@home, and they never arrived. I had to buy them again at their office in Berlin, at a "reduced" price when they should've been free. Buyer beware!
