::Phenomenal experience at this location. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful for visitors from the States. On site restaurant with food fit for a king. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet to start the day off right.

::We stayed at Heiner's as a family for 5 days. There is very little to fault. The Hotel is very clean and spacious and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great to access the local areas by foot, bike or car. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was extremely comfortable. We had a really lovely stay. My only suggestions to improve the experience are small. The children's menu in the bar/restaurant is limited. I suspect this is because they have more business stays than families. In the room, there was a dated iPhone dock by the bed. This is probably useless to 99% of customers. It would be better that sockets were changed to incorporate USB.

::Stayed for one night while attending an event near by. reception staff where very helpful during our stay including helping sorting out some of the gadgets in the room. Room itself was very nice. large and spacious. It was rather warm in the room on arrival, but the air conditioning soon brought the temperature to a comfortable level. There was a switch for underfloor heating should it be required in cooler weather. Wifi had good signal in the room with decent speeds. apple docking station built into the bed head with controls for the room lights and TV/radio system. Didnt eat at the hotel, but the bar prices were reasonable. €2,50 for a beer. Glass door to bathroom was frosted, but with some clear areas meant the privacy for someone on the toilet was compromised if the room door was opened.
