  The team is very empathetic and competent about my animals. As an owner you often feel like you have been treated from above. So unfortunately only 4 stars. Unpleasant mood but good doctor because in the end it is the only thing that matters. My animals are in good hands there.

  Very dissatisfied with the treatment on my cat. One is approached and advised from above. Despite inquiries by telephone, there was only limited information about the precise administration of medication to the animal. The owner's worries are not taken seriously. Apparently animal welfare is not the top priority here. In addition, the practice closes before the stated opening times. After treatment, urgent inquiries could no longer be reached at 17:50. Really a shame. I am happy to give the only star to Mrs. Hillmann at the registration!

  Our cat was born by Dr. Zibolka treated. Different drugs were administered. When asked which medication was administered, one was not disclosed by name. Quote: "That is none of your business." Behavior appears unprofessional and dubious. Absolutely not a recommendation if you are interested in the welfare of your pet. (Unfortunately no 0 star rating possible)

  We are from Baden Württemberg and were, for family reasons, in Magdeburg over the weekend. My Beagle Paul got a bigger and bigger ear very quickly, and by chance I found out about this great and immediately helpful practice. I didn't even have to wait half an hour, the ENTIRE TEAM was just great. I am very grateful to you that you treated Paul at such short notice and with such love for animals. You are really great. Thanks alot
