::Dr. Kretzschmar has been my dermatologist for almost 7 years now! And what can I say, he is the nicest doctor I know! Of course, what is much more important is that I always felt very well looked after and that I was treated successfully! In addition, I have only had good and friendly experiences with the practice team!

::Dr. Kretschmer is probably the best doctor (not just a dermatologist!) I've ever been to. Competent, friendly and you get the feeling that he is genuinely interested in the patient's well-being. This is also noticeable because he takes a lot of time.

::Without exception, the practice consists of competent, very friendly employees. Particularly noteworthy is the treatment by Dr. Kretzschmar, where I feel particularly in good hands. Not only his excellent specialist knowledge but also his sensitivity are remarkable. A personal conversation also takes place. Ms. Ayguen at reception has the scheduling and all organizational processes fully under control. Friendly, although the practice is usually always well attended. That means what!! As far as the waiting time is concerned, which does not require criticism, it is the same with other doctors. All current and future patients should have more understanding for this intensive activity!!! I can only say: Bravo for this great practice!

::When it comes to waiting times, I unfortunately have to agree with other reviewers. But now comes the big but, which the people who only gave one star unfortunately didn't pay attention to or didn't take into account: Dr. Kretzschmar - and I think his colleagues too - is extremely conscientious in the examination and of course this takes time and leads to delays for subsequent patients. On my next visit, however, I will ask whether and how the practice management could be improved.

::The team is very unfriendly. The tone and the question "What do you want to do?" is immediately intimidating. I only come because the doctor is very good. Making an appointment with A. Merkel is easier than with Dr. Kretschmer. They just don't answer the phone. Sad.
