::Ich habe letzte Woche um 8:00 morgens angerufen und durfte zwei Stunden später direkt in die Praxis kommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren, trotz sehr vieler Patienten, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ärztin hat sich richtig Zeit genommen, hat sich mein Anliegen angehört und versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Hier hat man das Gefühl, dass man als Patient ernst genommen wird und sich gekümmert wird. Meine Stammpraxis ist eigentlich die in Herpersdorf jedoch scheint jede Renard Praxis einfach top zu sein, großes Lob, sowas ist heutzutage (leider) nicht mehr selbstverständlich!

::Was there for the corona vaccinations. Appointments can be made online without any problems. A young, well-rehearsed team on site so that long waiting times could be avoided. All in all a very pleasant stay.

::Was there today with an appointment at 10.30 am, after a 3/4 hour wait, I took the liberty of asking. When I made an appointment, I was told I didn't have to wait long. It's outrageous to have to wait so long. That was one of my last visits to the practice! Maybe you should rethink time management or not accept as many patients.
