I was stolen € 24,000 from the Osterwieck branch and after a court case I didn't get a penny back and not even a "We're sorry". My contact details have been falsified. falsified my signature, accepted phone calls from strangers and the money that my grandma painstakingly saved for me over decades is gone. Transfer to Tokyo. It is outrageous that a bank does not have to take any responsibility.
