::Bodenlose Frechheit! Der eine Stern ist schon zu viel! Der Termin bei Frau Buschka begann schon ohne eine Begrüßung. Als ich das Thema ansprach um das es gehen sollte, hieß es nur das sie morgens eine email versendet hatte. Als ich das Thema jedoch wieder ansprach um das es gehen sollte waren Ihre Worte: „ Wir wollen Ihr Geld garnicht haben“. Einfach eine Frechheit, ich in seit 40 Jahren Kunde und man wird so behandelt. Eine Überweisung wollte sie ebenfalls nicht für mich erledigen, diese muss aber von einem Berater freigegeben werden. Diese Frau versteht ihren Beruf nicht und von Freundlichkeit versteht sie ebenfalls nichts! So eine Frau darf man nicht auf Kunden los lassen, es ist nicht das erste mal gewesen und ich verstehe nicht warum sie da noch arbeitet!!!

The staff at the counter are fun and always happy to help with minor issues. The consultants always take the time to explain everything to you in such a way that you really understand it. In addition, you were a great accompaniment to my apprenticeship and career start and were able to give a lot of helpful tips. I look forward to future cooperation!
