  We got an appointment with Mr. Stange very quickly, were given extremely friendly and competent advice and are very satisfied with the loan agreement that had been drawn up! With us everything was very tight in terms of time and still everything went perfectly!

  Relaxed ATM: spat out as much money as I wanted (unfortunately not more, but it fits), nice atmosphere and good conversations also in the branch, employees read my wishes from my eyes

  In Haspa's Wedel branch, people are not even given any help, especially now in times of crisis. I wanted to open a checking account today to buy a few bars of gold. According to the branch management, this was not desirable, although I offered to pay the monthly fees regularly, of course. Instead, I was made absolutely clear that customers who wanted to open an account for the purpose of acquiring gold would not want to do business. And in a way that you couldn't have imagined more badly. In times of the banking crisis, such behavior should perhaps be reconsidered, because potential customers will remember this behavior even after the Corona crisis and will then definitely advise anyone who is acquainted with them about monetary relationships with such an institution. I can only say: A very fat DISLIKE of mine for this club. Ralf Prange
