  I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located very close to Binnenalster and main downtown attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I scored an upgrade and ended up on the executive floor with access to their executive lounge which has something on offer all day. The spa is nice and has a sauna and a pool: not fancy, but definitely good enough to relax a little. I would definitely pick this hotel again.

  Sehr sehr schönes Hotel. Breit aufgestelltes Frühstücksbuffet! Schöne Zimmer und angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Minuspunkt ist für die dünnen Wände. Wen es nicht stört fast alles von den Nachbarn mitzubekommen ist hier gut aufgehoben. Gibt ja zum Glück Ohrstöpsel ;)

  Just perfect. Super location, rooms are nice and pool & sauna are relaxing. And breakfast has everything you want. The piano pianist is doing a lovely job in the bar!

  Lokalizacja idealna. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Duże i wygodne łóżka w pokojach.
