This clinic is worse than the worst in the world. I waited 5 hours, Dr. Lor happened to examine me at midnight, said I needed surgery and sent me home! With dizziness and noises in the head, at night, and he still hasn't returned the CT scan from the day before! The hospital is finished, if you value your life, never apply. It's a shame, not medicine. Complete dislike and hatred towards forced migrants, they are not considered as people, the treatment is worse than cattle, the entire department is headed by a doctor so as not to provide help, they did a computer study and did not return it, the diagnosis was wrong , which led to a worsening of the condition. They were rude at the front desk, she was blatantly rude, she was overbearing and hateful. I have experienced such atrocities before, such people have no place in medicine at all. Guys, if you care about your life and health, never go to this hospital.

If you want to just not get treated just go there. After waiting for 9 month in total to do small operation then declined only one day before the operation. We started by booking an appointment for my daughter to have tonsils removed first we get the appointment after 3 month. After examination we got an appointment for the surgery after 3 month more. Then only one day before the operation they said they have doubts that she may has bleeding after the surgery then they requested more blood test and gave us another appointment after 3 month. After doing all the test they requested and the doctors said it is fine and she can do the operation but they have to finally discuss it with the supervisor. Then before the operation with 18h the doctor said that they are missing more tests and they won't do the operation. After waiting 9 month in total with a lot of waiting and suffering for the little one they decided not to do it because they are simply not efficient enough. From the first time why they didn't ask for the test , simply because they are not efficient enough. Then after we get all the tests they wanted still they won't do it because again they are not efficient enough. And when you speak with the doctor to show them they are mistaken he will simply speak in a bad way with you and tell you i'm not discussing it is a decision Can't believe such insurance and service is happening in Germany. Totally not recommending this hospital and specifically this department HNO

In general a good experience, the wait time was not bad, around 1 hour. My child was seen, the staff were reasonably empathetic. I definitely felt judged for going here, was asked multiple times why I wouldn’t go to our usual HNO in a very Kurt way (they were on holiday). Unfortunately the surgery wait times here of 1 year just isn’t an option for a small child constantly suffering.

After a bad experience as a teenager in a hospital in North Rhine-Westphalia, I was referred to the hospital decades later by my ENT doctor because of new problems that had arisen. What can I say - I'm so grateful. Prof. Dr. med. Wolfgang Wagner took away my fears and did a great job together with his team. In addition to the technical expertise, I would also like to emphasize the human component. Appointments were kept as agreed. The speech was always in a good mood, despite my insecurities. It helped me alot. Just thank you for that!

I went to the hospital here last night with my daughter and my wife. My wife wasn't allowed in. We waited in the outpatient clinic from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. until a doctor took a look at my daughter. After waiting 4 hours, the doctor said another doctor would have to look at it. I then left the clinic and said that I wouldn't wait another two hours, just that another doctor would take another look at it. You're going to an ENT clinic because of tonsillitis and fever and you don't know your way around 🫡. We spent 4 hours in the chair and my wife outside the door in the cold for nothing. We'll never go there again.
