  Best place to stay over in that city. Clean, ok sized but modern rooms with AC. Staff, location, service really excellent and breakfast offers alternating items ever morning besides the regular local and intercontinental goods.

  We checked in before going out to see the city. When we went to our room later there was someone sleeping in it. The only staff available was the security guard, he had to call someone to come in. It took about an hour for them to figure out what to do, while our 3 and 5 year old children slept in the lobby. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn't work. Hot and sweaty night. Our party had 5 rooms and only one had a working air conditioner. The front desk didn't do or say anything. I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it. Edit: The hotel contacted me after seeing this review and said the night shift didn't tell the day shift this happened, which is why they didn't do anything to fix it. Bogus! I told the lady at checkout exactly what happened. Avoid this place!

  Really nice place. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, tasty and plentiful breakfast. With fresh waffles! And prosecco. There are small paper bags in every room. If you are caring for the planet, you'll get a small reward. Nice idea! Works better then " leave your towel on the floor" :)

  Price/Value ratio is not ok at all: 1) Absolute price is too high 2) Internet speed is as slow as in the 1990s, which is absolutely not acceptable for a hotel of this kind. 3) Having a pool is nice, but having mould ("Schimmel") at the walls is disgusting (and probably dangerous). Addition on 3rd Jan: after checking with the reception staff: this seems to be just dirt but not mould.. 4) To add: very friendly reception staff that has a genuine interest in fixing the issues (at least that's good!) :-)

  4 stars?? To start with, staff is super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, left alone tp run reception and therefore, noone can man the bar. If you arrive tored after a work day and for business, having a drink at the hotel bar or a snack is nice, but not an option. There might be a bar nearby but as a female by myself, I prefer a hotel bar than going to a random bar in town by myself. No mini bar either. But the friendly staff offered to get me some water. Good sauna a pool. Good room size, quiet, clean. Just not a 4star feel.
