::Breakfast was really nice. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Good for a night. Service is superb! The staff are really nice and generous giving our daughter free chocolates. The restaurant serves okay meals, for me, not much options though. Very welcoming, cozy and chill hotel.

::I'm very disappointed with your attitude and time-wasting. I left a bag in a room after check out; 2 hours later, I called the reception and I told every detail about the bag and where to find it and asked for shipping service, they told me to write a letter with details and shipping address. I informed you just two hours after check out in the morning about the left item on 06/08 and now is 24/08. After 18 days, there is no answer, totally ignored me and forgot me – I wrote them three letters! – when you could already obviously send a bag by this time. Today they finally answered me that they don't find anything. I can clearly state that the responsible person (a.k.a cleaning lady or other staff workers) appropriated the bag (a.k.a stole) and nobody was informed about this and the case was already closed before starting. This is unjustifiable behavior.

::It was a really nice experience. The location is very nice and quite green. There are plenty of walking tracks in the forest next to the hotel. The free parking is available.

::Staff really friendly, rooms clean. They also allowed our dog and gave us nice Bio treats and a water bowl to use :) Good (& late) breakfast. The only downside was we couldn’t get the Internet to work, which is surprising in a business style hotel, but that’s not the staffs fault.

::We found this hotel by chance as we needed some place to take a break driving from Netherlands to Vienna and were very happy with our stay. The price was quite cheap. Parking was very convenient and there was plenty of spaxe. Checkin process was fast and everything was prepared ahead of time for Covid safety reasons. Beds were also super comfortable (to the point where we Googled their labels to see if we can buy the same pillows/mattress).
