  I read a review from another person that has a similarly terrible experience as I did. I was told I needed to have a filling cause I had a cavity in between the teeth, without showing me the Xray, or explaining that the amalgam, although paid by the insurance, would require drilling away more tooth volume than a composite filling (extra cost). I trusted the doctor and she went ahead and did the filling, whereby she drilled away what feels like half of my teeth just to get to the cavity. After the filling, I keep on getting pains where I did not have pains before. I did the filling in 2018 and had to have it fixed 2 times (as of 2022). The filling was so badly done, I keep on having searing pain from that tooth (and I have many fillings in my teeth, this is by far the worst), and I couldn't even use a floss properly, because there was a hook in between the tooth walls where the filling was done (it was THAT badly done. I even thought this is normal because it's hard to make a filling by the sides). There was a hole in the filling not even a year later, causing much pain. I had it fixed at another dental practice, where I explained that I can't use floss properly because of the filling and the new dentist said that's not right, that's because it's not properly done and she fixed it for me, which was when I could continue using floss normally. Until this day, I still don't know if I actually had a cavity or it was just her misjudgement. Now, I have lost a good functioning tooth and I keep on having searing pains because the drilling was too deep. I sent an email requesting for compensation, just 60 euros, including evidence (xray images) and the actual invoice, and this was ignored. If you don't want your teeth permanently damaged, don't go to this practice.

  Truly the best dentist I know. The whole team is absolutely world class. Especially Ms. Dr. Reime knows her craft at its best. Only Ms. Reime can now judge me because I am being treated by her. I'm sure your husband is just as great. So if someone needs a dentist as urgently as I do, go to this practice. I would go around in circles now, but you can only praise the entire team endlessly. I will always recommend this practice.

  I have to call and make the oppointment but she’s lady soo racist she take my call and not talk to me properly ended my call again when I have to call about 7 time they can not take my call they satff need to respect first

  A colleague made me aware of the practice because I had just moved here and was looking for a good practice due to some negative previous experiences. I had some older fillings replaced, and unfortunately some root canals and a tooth extraction were also due. I was very positively surprised from the start by the friendliness and competence of the entire team. The scheduling always works great, even when things get more “acute” with symptoms. Ms. Reime extracted the tooth very well and without any pain. Dr. Reime is always very calm and competent in his work. At the beginning and at the end everything is explained very well and all questions are answered and worries and fears are taken away. Both the dental assistants and Dr. Rhymes never lose their friendliness + humor, even in stressful situations. I have never experienced teeth cleaning in such detail before, it was very thorough and a lot of time was taken. I am very happy + satisfied with the Rhymes practice and would happily recommend it to others at any time.

  I have been a patient at the practice for 5 years and have now had several fillings, teeth cleanings, bleaching and also an implant. Everything worked smoothly, you feel absolutely in good hands. I can only recommend this practice.
