  We like Konomi. The food is good and it became our favorite Japanese place in Heidelberg. The service is at the cashier, so you go, order and pay there. Cash only.

  Bad service attitude. Definitely not gonna go there again. We had been raising our hands for the bill for about 15 minutes and no one even came for us. So, we went out to pay the bill but the waitress just chose what she sees and ignore us again. I should've left without paying the bill.

  Traditional Japanese cuisine. All staff is Japanese. A bit pricey but okay.
