  Schlimmes Hotel und noch schlimmeres Personal. Was die da einstellen ist abnormal!

  Ich war nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel und dafür war es wirklich absolut ok. Gut fand ich die Nähe zum Bahnhof und somit zur Altstadt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Nicht ganz so gut fand ich dass es etwas hellhörig ist, so dass man den Zugverkehr etwas hört (wenn es sonst ganz leise ist). Da aber nicht die ganze Nacht Züge fahren ist auch das ok. Das Frühstück war ok. Für einen kurzen Business-Trip würde ich es wahrscheinlich wieder nehmen.

  Location is nice. Hotel staff is very friendly. If you are driving there and need to park in the garage the opening and ramp down into the garage is VERY narrow and you'll need to go slow and be very careful. I had my friend get out and help me navigate out. The rooms are VERY small, although this was one of the only hotels in Cologne I could find that had rooms with 2 separate beds that weren't touching if that is something that is important to you. The hotel was expensive for the small room. Overall a nice place with small expensive rooms and a very tight garage. I'd consider staying there again if I needed the 2 beds.

  An OK stay at a hotel that doesn't quite deserve four stars. Good: Rooms are clean, average size, functional. Location is great: 5min to the Dome. Friendly staff. Not so good: Breakfast is uneventful. They charge you 15 EUR a day for Wifi in your room. No air conditioning. Beds are really hard.
