Initially, I had booked two rooms with breakfast included for €232.20, as the system did not allow me to book a room for two adults and one child. I had to send several emails to cancel one of the rooms, but each response took more than 24 hours. In the end, I paid €155 for a single room.

Service is awful, very unfriendly und unhelpful. Avoid if you are looking for service level of any kind.
