  Why do they charge €2.75 for a letter here when I paid €1.60 for postage at another post office? That smells like fraud or incompetence

  The store is not recommended. The owner is unfriendly and constantly annoyed when you bring packages away. There's always something to complain about and you leave the store in a bad mood afterwards. The worst post office in all of Fallersleben.

  I've never experienced anything so rude. Basically, I have never been greeted first in this store. Rarely did a “Hello” come back. I never heard a “please” or “thank you” from him either. He really conveys to you that he doesn't feel like it... I've heard that from several people now.

  Can receive your packages and you never have to wait too long. A pity they close at 6pm.
