::Such a bad service with a gift shipment to NL and Florida - from DHL branch Schweiger Strasse - experienced for the third time. Parcels / parcels had to be sent a second and third time at the customer's expense. The store manager is unable to handle the case and invents flimsy excuses and tries to blame customers. Very, very lousy customer service, gentleman. Staff standing by (very eager to help and polite) unfortunately powerless. The DHL suggestion should train its employees much better or send the "manager" on crash courses again. For many, behavior and commitment to the customer are just a matter of luck!

::Never experienced such bad service. Incredibly unfriendly employee, for whom advice is a foreign word. The smallest envelopes are sent for € 2.70 to generate sales. When you ask for a change you are only rejected that you "should think about it beforehand". Never again: D Would give 0 stars if it could.
