  Unfortunately, only cash and the now antiquated Girocard (formerly "EC card") are accepted, which many banks no longer issue at all, also in view of the fact that the EC system is a purely German development and can only be used abroad with co-payment. Badging works and therefore represents an isolated solution. EC with co-badging is history; on the one hand, the Girocard is not suitable for e-commerce or for payments between individuals. My bank no longer issues debit cards as standard for new customers (only upon request for a monthly fee), while debit cards are free of charge. In this respect, it would be advisable to rethink the current payment system and open it up to all means of payment. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the shop! Despite the fact that it was incredibly full and probably the warmest day of summer, we didn't have the feeling of being "handled". Thanks for the great service!

  We have been using this post office to handle our postal matters since it opened a few years ago. The number of customers has increased significantly at times, particularly due to the closure of other post offices in the area. And yet it's always noticeable: the employees are always friendly, always trying hard, no matter how long the line is and no matter how many questions are asked. When there's a little less going on, there's time for a few relaxed conversations, which always makes us feel good. We think it's great that it's a well-coordinated team that handles all the tasks that arise professionally and always motivated. Please continue! In our opinion, emerging criticism from other customers has nothing to do with the employees ;)

  As a long-time customer of Deutsche Post, I would like to share my extremely positive experience with the local branch. The service that I regularly experience there is simply outstanding. First of all I would like to praise the friendly and helpful staff. On each of my visits I was always greeted with a warm smile and received prompt assistance with all my concerns. No matter whether I had questions about determining postage, wanted to send a registered letter or track a shipment, the staff was always extremely competent and patient. The way we work in the branch is extremely efficient. There is a well-organized atmosphere and queues clear quickly. The employees seem to be well trained and complete their tasks quickly without losing sight of care and accuracy. This means that I rarely have to wait long, even at peak times. Another plus point is the cleanliness and order in the branch. The rooms are always well maintained and tidy, which gives a pleasant impression. This certainly contributes to the positive atmosphere and shows the high appreciation the employees have for their work environment. Last but not least, I would like to highlight the variety of services offered. Regardless of whether it is sending letters, parcels or registered mail, the Deutsche Post branch offers a wide range of services that meet my needs as a customer. Additional services such as Postbank offers and stamp sales are also offered, which is extremely practical. All in all, I am thrilled with the Deutsche Post branch. The first-class service, the efficient way of working, the cleanliness and order as well as the wide range of services offered make this branch a reliable and pleasant place to go for my postal needs. I highly recommend her and always look forward to using her services.

  Deutsche Post
