Unfortunately, most of the reviews are correct. This branch does not stand out for its friendliness and helpfulness. But since I only have to get in and out again in 2 minutes, I don't have to drive extra km to another branch. There are also very unfriendly employees at the counter in Rehlingen and Merzig...

I have never experienced anything like today in this post office! If you don't like yourself, you shouldn't take it out on those around you. Want to tell me what I should write on my registered mail, but haven't heard anything about a PO box having its own zip code. Yes, good woman, that means you don't write the city's zip code on it! After asking three times to simply accept my envelope, “Customer who also pays for this service,” this person simply refuses to accept it! In a tone that unfortunately has nothing to do with respect or the advertised customer service! And when I see the answers to the recessions 😂 Anyone who knows this woman knows exactly that she never wrote that in her life. As the owner of this shop, I would seriously think about how I treat other people. There should be minus stars for them ☝️

The lady who serves you there is apparently so dissatisfied with her life that I have no understanding. If you choose a career like that, working with customers, you have to assume that you will serve them in a normal tone. If not, then you have to change careers Retiring is a non-starter

Zero star would be a lot too, I would say. The lady at the counter is so unfriendly, constantly overwhelmed and bitter that every time you leave the store you have to try to leave so much negative energy in and not take it with you. I once ordered the goods again from Amazon just to avoid having to go to this store. Like many other customers ask, why choose a career in which you have to communicate with people if you can't stand them. I have registered for Packstation 155. Unfortunately, some orders cannot be delivered to a packing station. With DHL I will try again to either have the order delivered to me (or neighbors) or to another parcel shop.

I will never enter the branch again. If you can't stand people, I wonder why you choose a career in which you have to communicate with them.
