::I just want to hand something in, but no ... I have to wait forever. Stupid customers who do not inform themselves and then blame the staff, although they are anything but competent or anything else. It is an ordeal for me to go to the store because there is always a moronic person in front of me (customer) or in front of me (employee). In my opinion, the post office in Leutenbach should be closed because it will only get worse there anyway. Packstation (at Aldi) and the rest online is enough. Before I stand there and wait forever, I drive to Waiblingen; Backnang; Stuttgart; etc. Btw. apparently the employees are not sufficiently trained by the post office or whoever. If things don't go according to the "script", they are overwhelmed. Have to then with an employee? phone the post office, etc., how the whole thing works, etc. etc. pp ... xD POST should bring the employees up to date and offer training courses. The savvy online seller is fitter than the staff at the post office when it comes to prices, etc. and immediately ?! o_O This again confirms my statement in the first section. Post = tight. I do it online + Packstation = Happy Life

::Apart from the fact that the staff is so unfriendly and too fine to say hello, bye, please and thank you, the branch is often closed for no reason. Nuk woeder. Closed in the afternoon for operational reasons, it says on the door. Now I can't pick up my package because I work in the mornings. How do they imagine that you can simply take short-term time off just because you can't open the shop during the actual opening times?

::With the new owners, the shop is what it used to be! Very kind and helpful, always friendly and always smiling. I have to post more often to send, so far I have never had a problem. The new opening times are really great, so I can now quickly post even after work. So all in all a nice and good branch!
