::The shop is always full and doesn't look very inviting. I always have the feeling that I have to apologize for using Swiss Post's services. Unfortunately, the ladies are always annoyed and stressed and don't even reply a friendly "Hello" or "Good day". The opening times for working people leave a lot to be desired. Why is it not possible to pick up parcels in the well-known discounter?

::I had the audacity to want to pick up my package today (11/17/2021) at 9 a.m. instead of at 10 a.m. as requested on the pick-up slip (I had skipped over it). Thereupon I had to tell me from the switch lady, even though I had previously made my mistake 2 times !!! had excused, had a lecture: the pick-up time "10 o'clock" is not on the yellow card for nothing, she works alone today, I wouldn't be the first customer today to come with it ... etc. And all in one tone ... well. In front of the other customers, of course. Awkward! I'm sorry if the lady is stressed, but I've been treated very often in this branch in an unfriendly manner, hence the bad review.

::I don't understand the negative reviews here. I very often make use of the services and am generally served in a friendly, courteous and competent manner. Perhaps some of those who complain about unfriendly treatment here should question their own behavior, because as is well known, it echoes from the forest how one calls into it.
