::I wanted to pick up my mail locally today (Wednesday). The official closing time on Wednesday is 5 p.m. After work I specifically drove there and simply found a note saying “today we close at 12 p.m.”. It's not the first time something like this has happened to me in this branch. Simply unreliable and ruthless.

::I find some of the comments here very ridiculous, the service in the branch is always friendly and my God if I have to wait 5 minutes, then that's it. There is a lack of staff everywhere and I can probably ask for a little patience when the postal workers have to go somewhere. Then don't order so much online, then you won't have to go to the post office! Unfortunately, there are more and more people who are dissatisfied with themselves and only look out for themselves. All I can say for the branch is...👍🏼

::Some of the entries here are really underground and incomprehensible - people, really etz ????? I have been a customer for years, the staff was and is very courteous and extremely helpful, especially after the change to the ladies who now work there. Even if the technology goes wrong, the ladies don't lose track and remain confident and friendly. With some customers who are waiting in line, you can tell if it's taking too long for them - but that's just the technology. You just need patience at the post office. Therefore, stay relaxed, flash a smile and you will get it back from the ladies at the counter! Conclusion: Highly recommended post office, top staff and competent... I'll go here again - THANK YOU!

::Two stars because I've usually had good experiences with this post office. However, it has changed since today. An older lady with very intense eyebrows made me wait for a good 2 minutes without turning around, even though she noticed that I was standing there. Without greeting me, she told me flippantly that the cash register was closed and that she wouldn't be doing anything anymore. Said she still had enough work now. I told her that on Google it said they were open until 5 p.m. (it was 4:18 p.m.), then she got even bolder and replied with: "That's not correct on Google, we have our opening hours posted here, that's what it should be Don't rely on me, I won't do anything anymore, the cash register is closed." SORRY, but then it changes: as a working young woman, I rely on the search engine and on the fact that the post office is open at least until 5 p.m., ON A MONDAY. No greeting, no apology, just disrespectful. I would be very happy if I no longer see this rude lady.
