  I'm actually very reluctant to give bad reviews. But unfortunately I have to say that there are really bad service providers at work here. I have never been greeted or farewelled as a customer. I just had to wait 12 minutes at the unmanned counter. Nobody felt responsible to call the lady at the counter. Then there was neither a greeting, nor a farewell, nor an apology. She probably didn't care that I had to wait so long. I definitely won't go there again unless I absolutely have to, because unfortunately a package was left there for me. If I had treated our customers like that, I probably would have been fired immediately. The friendliness often mentioned here is probably reserved for the people from the village.

  Everything always works great! I have always been satisfied and always treated in a friendly manner because no matter how you call in the forest, it comes back. Anyone who claims that the employees are to blame if the packages don't arrive is on very thin ice because that is slander. What can the employees do to get the packages to the addressee? Contact DHL with a complaint and do not slander the employees!

  I can only confirm that this will be the last time I send a package here! Package hasn't arrived yet! I would actually have to bill DHL for the hours I have already invested to get the package back! Totally incompetent staff!
